The spill in The Gulf of Mexico--among other things-- has has taken what little bit of a soul that I have left and smashed it into a billion pieces. Everything from the lax safety precautions that caused the explosion in the first place, to the government response and the response of the massive cluster fuck that is BP, hurts me deep, deep in my happy place--you know the place where I go to think about throwing knives at oil execs-- but there is one thing about the spill in the Gulf of Mexico that makes me a little bit happy... Today I realized and not for the first time, the only time I ever check out my Myspace account these days is when a band is posting new tunes; and today is one of those day. Kommandant is streaming there new single. "Kontact" on their page as we speak. So get over to www.myspace.com/kommandantofficial1 check out some tunes and get rid of the random spam from creepy old men thats built up over the last few months.

The Eyes of a Traitor have posted the first single from the album "Breathless" on their myspace page. The new track from the British Metals crew is called "Talk of the Town"- a tile that just sounds so incredibly fucking British, it would be annoying if the accent wasn't so hot.
